Kalkanview is a stunning, two bed roomed apartment located in the select Komurluk area of Kalkan. Originally built in 2004 as a boutique hotel and converted, before opening, into nine individual and very spacious luxury apartments. The apartments are set on the hillside surrounded by luxurious villas and olive groves, with views that stretch from Kalkan Harbour far out to the Mediterranean Sea.
Komurluk is located within a 10-15 minute walk of the town centre, however taxis are readily available. Alternatively, take a 5 minute stroll downhill to the sea and the nearby Palm Beach Club with water sport facilities, open air restaurant, bar and a very relaxing water- taxi ride to Kalkan harbour.
The apartment itself takes over the whole ground floor of the building and has a floor area larger than some villas, with the added benefit of a private road a few steps away for easy access. Furnished and equipped to the very highest standard to make your stay complete.
Externally there is a terrace overlooking the pool area and of course the stunning view.
